ZEU001 EAU DE PARFUM
//
[Zeus]
A fragrant expression of Zeus the God of Gods and Men - the thunderer who marshals the clouds.
The fragrance is a classic masculine composition, 'fit for a King' as goes the saying.
In composing it however, we could not resist the obvious meteorological metaphors that parallel the fragrance and the cloud-gathering Lord of the Skies.
The accord opens with a jolt - an electric flash as bergamot, lemon and pink pepper flare across the sky like a warning.
A musky cloud of jasmine and patchouli billows, engulfing the effervescent top notes - their vapours vanish into the ether.
The charged cloud swirls and darkens the sky. It circles overhead - the Bringer of Storms now ready to explode.
The heavens give way to the accord's crescendo – a thunderous clap of ambroxan, cypress and birch booms, crashing from above.
