POS003 EAU DE PARFUM
//
[Poseidon]
A fragrant expression of Poseidon, the God of the sea, storms and horses.
An oceanic ode to the monarch of the deep, the accord tempers the volatile [an apt adjective for the Earth-Shaker - just ask the people of Athens what he did after they chose his niece [ATHENA] over him as Patroness of the city (see: [SHOWDOWN] by THEMATIKOS)]] fresh and aquatic opening with earthy and woody tones in the undertow.
The aromatic accord opens with fresh sea salt, lime and mint which fizz and foam across the fragrance's surface. Beneath, traces of hay [a nod to Poseidon's dominion over horses], ginger, vetiver and patchouli warm the fragrance, adding earthy texture. In the depths, a briny marine musk drifts alongside sandalwood and cedarwood which work together, darkening and deepening fragrance at the base.
