[Athena]

A fragrant expression of Athena, the wise, strategist Goddess of the flashing eyes.

The fragrance pays homage to the modest, graceful and grey-eyed Goddess of wisdom and weaving, which at its heart, takes the form of a soft, papery vanilla musk - reminiscent of waxy parchment or well-worn book annotated with flashes of silken ink.

The addition of olive leaf threads a fine green trace through the fragrance but also serves as a nod to Athena's fabled gift to the people of Athens [which played a vital role in the myth (see: [SHOWDOWN] by THEMATIKOS)] that gave her naming rights over Athens as the patroness the city [much to the dismay of her Uncle POSEIDON].

The combination of these notes with the accord's anchor of white woods and silken musk, settles the fragrance into a clean and beautifully warm skin scent - serene but commanding - in the spirit of Athena herself.
